Request School Documents
Reminder from the Office of the Registrar: (updated as of June 6, 2022)
- Documents processing takes five (5) to ten (10) days depending on the type of documents requested.
- The Office of the Registrar cannot process requests if there are student’s account is not updated. Kindly verify with the Accounting Department.
- Permanent Student Records like Form 137 (and its equivalent) require a Letter of Request from the new school (or college/university). The letter of request should also indicate if the bearer (parent or student) can hand-carry the document.
