Reminder from the Office of the Registrar: (updated as of June 6, 2022)
Documents processing takes five (5) to ten (10) days depending on the type of documents requested.
The Office of the Registrar cannot process requests if there are student’s account is not updated. Kindly verify with the Accounting Department.
Permanent Student Records like Form 137 (and its equivalent) require a Letter of Request from the new school (or college/university). The letter of request should also indicate if the bearer (parent or student) can hand-carry the document.
